ATTORNEY LUNDY TO CHAIR MCLE PROGRAM ON "WHEN DCF STEPS INTO YOUR CASE"

For the third year in a row, Attorney Sandy Lundy will chair the program “When DCF Steps Into Your Case” for MCLE (Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education).

Family law cases with DCF involvement are on the rise. These cases pose unique challenges and require strategies for navigating the rules and procedures of this agency. This seminar helps family law attorneys meet the challenges head on.

I am proud to announce that this year’s distinguished faculty of experts includes the Hon. Judge Mary Rudolph Black of the Probate and Family Court, Attorney Gayle Stone-Turesky of Sugarman Rogers, Attorney Jennifer Durand of William James College, and a representative of DCF.

The seminar will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 2-5 pm. To sign up or learn more, please visit www.mcle.org.
